Merchandising D2C

As a long-standing and flexible service provider in the entertainment world arvato Entertainment Europe, following cooperation with Deutschrock and Bravado as well as taking over the logistics for the merchandising of Warner Music, has positioned itself on the market in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) logistics business.

The merchandising business of Warner Music Europe, for example, includes more than 3,000 different products which have to be sent to end users in England, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. The merchandising items are ordered by the end users via more than 100 different web shops, including Music Stores, which sell the products of Madonna, Greenday or Peter Fox, or even video shops.

In a special D2C hall covering approximately 3,000 sqm arvato Entertainment Europe stores more than 25,000 different products, ranging from accessories to T-shirts or cups, and dispatches these products reliably throughout Europe to our customers’ end users. Our central IT system with its numerous interfaces provides the necessary support here to enable cross-process transparency and to react systematically and quickly to process changes. Thus the entire supply chain can be managed reliably and efficiently throughout - from the production to the end user. 

Our portfolio for your merchandising activities includes all services extending from the purchasing and production of merchandising items, storage prior to delivery anywhere in Europe and top standard returns processing. Furthermore, in order to promote their products, we offer our clients tailor-made, state-of-the-art web shop development (front-end and back-end, content and shop management, end user oriented marketing strategies as well as end user services and financial management.
